What to write to us about
- A result that looks wrong. Tell us the level you got, the level you expected and why (for example, a recent IELTS score). If you can, include the prompt you answered. You don’t need to send your text.
- A bug or something not working. Tell us what you did, what happened, and which browser and device you were using.
- Privacy requests. Questions about your data, or requests to access or delete it. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
- Teachers, schools and partners. Using the test with a class, linking to it, or working with us.

Before you write
Please don’t email us passwords, identity documents or other sensitive personal information. We can’t issue certificates or official scores, and we can’t confirm your level for a university, employer or visa application — our results are estimates only.
